Privacy Policy

Last updated August 20, 2026

This policy describes how Azurovia Travel Group LLC collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites and apps. Azurovia is a metasearch: we help you compare travel offers. Bookings are completed with airlines or travel sites, which have their own privacy policies.

Who is responsible

Azurovia Travel Group LLC operates this website. Privacy questions: support@azurovia.com. If you booked a ticket, the airline or agency that charged you is responsible for that booking’s personal data.

Information we collect

You provide search details (airports, dates, passenger counts, cabin). If you join a route waitlist, we store the email and city pair. We do not currently send automated fare-drop emails.

We automatically collect device and log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and which partner listing you open. This helps us run the site, stop abuse, and bill travel-site partners for clicks.

How we use information

To run search, show results, remember settings, measure performance, prevent fraud, and communicate about alerts you requested.

We do not sell your ticket. We do not need passport numbers to compare fares. Identity documents are collected by the seller at checkout, not by Azurovia.

Sharing

To fetch prices we send origin, destination, dates, and passenger counts to airlines, aggregators, and travel-site partners. They see a search, not your checkout identity, unless you continue to their site and book.

When you click a travel-site fare we record that click (partner, route, listed price, time, and a click id) so we can bill the partner on a cost-per-click basis. The click id is passed to the seller so they can attribute the visit. We do not send your email with that click.

Service providers (hosting, analytics, security) process data on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law.

Tracking tools

We use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember currency and recent searches, measure traffic, and understand which listings you open. Some tools are provided by analytics or advertising partners.

You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking some cookies may break login or saved searches. For a fuller list of categories and examples, see Tracking tools.

Legal bases, where GDPR or similar laws apply, include your consent for non-essential cookies, our legitimate interests in securing and improving the service, and performance of a search you asked us to run.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data we hold, subject to legal exceptions. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. Do-not-track signals are not uniformly honoured; use cookie settings instead.

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA regarding categories of personal information. We do not sell personal information in the sense of selling your name to data brokers. Some analytics/advertising cookies may be considered “sharing” for cross-context advertising — use Tracking tools and your browser controls.

Retention and security

Search logs are kept only as long as needed for operations, security, and legal requirements. We use encryption in transit and restrict access to production systems. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

Children and changes

Azurovia is not directed at children under 16. We may update this policy; the date above will change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
