How to make a travel itinerary for your next trip

A useful itinerary is a flight that can be bought, plus buffers. Pretty documents that ignore MCT and bag reclaim are fiction. Build the air first on Azurovia, ticket with a seller, then fill the days.

Block 1 — the flights

Write origin, destination, dates, and whether you can flex a day. Search live. Note the airport codes, not just the city name — nearby airports. Put connection times in the itinerary in local time. If two tickets, write that in bold. Connections.

Block 2 — the constraints

Passport validity, REAL ID, pets, kids’ ages, wheelchair SSRs. These belong in the itinerary because they change which fare you can use. Policy desk.

Block 3 — the ground

Azurovia does not book hotels or cars. After the ticket exists, add check-in times that match your landing, not a 9am hotel check-in after a 10pm arrival. Share the PDF of the confirmation, not a screenshot of our search results — results expire.
