Flight policies travellers actually search

Most flight searches start with price. Most problems start with a policy the fare did not spell out. Seat maps, bag sizes, pets in cabin, name fixes, and the 24-hour cancellation window all belong to the airline that operates the flight and the seller that issued the ticket. Azurovia is a US metasearch. We compare totals in USD. We do not ticket, so we cannot override those rules.

Read the policy before you pay, not after the gate

A cheaper card can be basic economy with no seat, no change, and a paid carry-on. Another card on the same flights may include a bag. Open fare details on the seller site. If two sellers show the same flights at different prices, the gap is often bags, seats, or change rules — not a secret inventory.

Who to contact

If Azurovia sent you to a seller, that seller’s confirmation email is the record. If the operating airline is different from the marketing airline, start with the confirmation, then the operating carrier for day-of-travel issues (seats, wheelchairs, pets at the gate). We cannot change a reservation we did not create.
