TSA rules are US security rules. Airline baggage pages are commercial rules. You can meet one and fail the other. A 4 oz lotion is a TSA problem in carry-on even if the airline allows the bottle in a checked bag. Azurovia does not screen bags.
Carry-on liquids, aerosols, and gels are generally limited to 3.4 oz (100 ml) containers in one quart-sized bag per traveller. Medically necessary liquids and infant formula have exceptions with extra screening. Duty-free liquids in a secure tamper-evident bag can still be an issue if you connect and leave the sterile area.
Laptops come out of the bag at many checkpoints unless you are in a TSA PreCheck lane that allows them to stay. Some international outbound checkpoints restrict large powder containers in carry-on. Check the departure airport, not only the US arrival.
Those are trusted-traveller programs you enroll in with the government. They are not a fare brand on Azurovia. Having PreCheck on a boarding pass requires the known traveller number on the ticket — add it on the seller or airline site after you book.
Pack to TSA for the carry-on, pack to the airline for weight, and pack lithium spares in the cabin. Related: batteries.
